The first step in building your home is to contact us here or give us a call at 1-800-980-0051.
After contacting us we will go over the different floorplans we offer. If you want something different then let us know and we will try to meet your needs.
Once you have finalized what floorplan you want we will then show you the different lots we have available.
Once you pick your lot, all you need to do next is to place a deposit, which later will be placed towards your closing costs, and sign an agreement to build and construction will begin .
As construction begins you can visit it and watch it grow from a cleared piece of land to your new home.
During the construction process you will be asked to make decisions on items you want in the house, i.e. main paint color, metal finish, brick color, etc.
