• Year 1: Covers nearly all components of your home
• Year 2-10: Covers major structural systems in your home

Warranty Request Information:

All warranty requests for the first year are handled directly through Weatherbee Builders. All claims MUST be presented in writing and sent to our corporate office or through our Online Warranty request form which is provided below.

All claims after the first year are covered under the structural portion of your warranty and must be handled through Bonded Builders Warranty.
